Boston Through a Different Lens

Jonathan was sitting beside me at  breakfast on the morning of our departure and without warning, he burst into heart-breaking sobs.  I reminded him how we had brought home souvenirs on our last trip.  But he was not consoled until I promised to take a picture of the airplane's toilet.

Thus was born an alternative look at the City of Boston.

Port-a-potty at MIT.

A detailed explanation of doing your business sailor style at the USS Constitution Museum.

A quaint storefront in Beacon Hill.

A classic wooden toilet seat.

Explanations of privies at Faneuil Hall.

A last but not least, a look at Boston's sewage treatment plant in the harbor.

The things a mother will do for her son!
