Stephen has an uncanny ability to spot money from afar (on a recent trip to the library he discovered a $10 bill a good ten feet below the road in a drainage ditch and recovered it), but he also comes up with various money-making schemes.  This time he and Andrew have joined forces to publish The Neighborhood Weekly, a publication highlighting residents of interest in the neighborhood as well as updates on public works projects, gardening tips and weather reports.

The first complimentary issue was delivered this evening and so far they have 6 weekly subscribers (at $1/month, the price can't be beat).
