Giving Thanks: The Teaching Village

"It takes a village to raise a child."

For the homeschooling mom, you could say, "It takes a village to teach a child."  And sometimes that comes in the form of Miss Frizzle teaching science or Carmen Sandiego instructing geography and major historical landmarks and events.

Today it was a short documentary about pilgrim life so I could finally bake the bread I had been promising for a week.  (And maybe they watched the Charlie Brown Thanksgiving Special, too.)
