Crazy is one way to describe the week. Plans were moved, shifted, left undone with the onslaught of wacky weather and random fires popping up here and there.
While the birthday boy got his Oreo-shaped cake, he got an IOU for a new bike.
He didn't mind, though, and reports are that he was able to beat Stephen in a race.
