A bug with a habit of making loud noises that don't mean anything. But you can get along with them if you forget how funny they look, and if you remember to treat them as if they had a lot of sense. In fact, 'he said, 'although in theory kids and grown-ups are different species, in practice there ain't enough difference between 'em to fill the hole in a doughnut.'
