For once I didn't mind a long medical appointment.

I've dreaded monthly and weekly visits this go-round because they take forever...like 2 hours...in a small room...often with kids in tow.

But today,

Doug watched the boys (at home) and I sat in the air conditioning, restitching binding and enjoying the silence.  Ahhh!
