For Matthew that is.
While we waited for to leave for our appointment, Andrew vacuumed and Matthew and Stephen lent moral support. He did a pretty good job.
The allergist wasn't able to provide a lot more advice (I should have waited until he was 3 to offer fish) other than to cut out fish and nuts until we see a change in his irritated skin.
His 9 month appointment is coming up next week, and my mission is to bulk him up before then. Since protein shakes are out, we may have to resort to weight lifting. At 15 lb. 12 oz., he is on track to be labeled, "Failure to Thrive" and I will not have that happen again (how demoralizing does that sound?).
Poor Matthew - he just can't get a break with the eating. At least he's willing to try new things so hopefully you'll find something he can eat. Looks like he's "thriving" just fine, though. At almost 18 months, Alena is still not up to the 20 lb mark to turn her car seat around (although we did months ago.)
